Our Return & 30-Night Trial Policy

Condition: To qualify for a refund, the orthopedic bed must be completely unused, entirely free of pet hair or odors, and repackaged securely in its original packaging. Due to strict hygiene and sanitary standards for pet furniture, items showing any signs of open use or assembly cannot be accepted.

Logistics: To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at info@maisoncocolino.com. Please note that return shipping transit labels and all associated shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Processing: Once our fulfillment center receives and verifies the pristine, unopened condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original USD payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged Deliveries: If your order arrives structurally compromised during transit, please photograph the damage immediately and email our team within 48 hours of delivery so we can expedite a premium replacement.
