We want your companion to love their new space. That is why we offer a 30-night risk-free home trial. If our premium orthopedic bed isn't the perfect fit for your home or your dog, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

Return Eligibility Rules

• Condition: Items must be sent back in their original packaging, clean, and in resellable condition.
• Processing: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 15 days of our team inspecting the returned package.
• Damaged Deliveries: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email us right away so we can rush out a replacement.
